How do I book a service?

It's easy, just give us a call or send an email to and we’ll take care of the rest.

How much does a service cost?

Our service pricing is listed above. Prices include labour only and do not cover parts or additional work outside the package. We’ll always quote any extra work before going ahead.

Which service should I choose?

If you’re not sure which level of service is right for you, don’t worry. We’ll help you decide. As part of every booking, we assess your bike and recommend the most suitable service. We’ll discuss any concerns with you, and you can choose exactly what you’d like us to proceed with.

How long does a service take?

This depends on the amount of work required, but we aim to assess and quote your bike within 24 hours. Most services have a 1–3 day turnaround, though some repairs may take longer depending on parts availability.

Do you work on electric scooters?

We only do puncture repairs. If you have a flat tyre, source the correct replacement tube and tyre for your scooter, bring it in and can fit it for you.

Can you service my brand of bike?

Absolutely! We service all makes and models, from everyday commuters to boutique builds.

Can you work on electric bikes?

Yes, we sure can. We have the diagnostic tools and expertise to service and repair e-bike systems from Bosch, Shimano, TQ.
