Southern Spokes is proud to be Dunedin’s longest-standing bike shop, with roots dating back to 1928.
Over that time, we’ve seen the industry evolve from steel frames to today’s full-suspension carbon e-bikes, but our focus has remained the same — helping riders get the most out of every kilometre. As a fully independent store, we’re able to choose what’s right for our customers, with a focus on quality, performance, and long-term value.
Being locally owned and operated, we understand the demands of riding in Dunedin and across Otago — from coastal roads to backcountry gravel. Whether it’s finding the right new bike or keeping a well-ridden favourite performing at its best, we take pride in doing things properly.
